Seed to Table hired the first paid part-time manager, Caroline Hager, to bring the growing market the increased structure it needed. 2020 was a particularly demanding season with navigating new health and safety guidelines due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and new practices had to be developed to keep the market running all season. More elaborate infrastructures were implemented, including an online pre-ordering platform which was added to the website to provide a contactless shopping option.
